Teen Intervention Program

FHS recognizes the community’s concern for substance abuse problems among young people. Our Teen Intervention Program (T.I.P.) provides adolescents, families and loved ones with a supportive, educational, and motivational experience. The program is intended for adolescents between ages 14 and 18 who have encountered legal or other problems related to drug and/or alcohol use as well as teens and families interested in learning more about prevention. Outlined over a 5 week period, the program involves a comprehensive evaluation, multiple psycho-educational groups, individual counseling, and a family group component.
