We provide comprehensive outpatient treatment options, including:

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
MAT combines FDA-approved medications with behavioral therapy to reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Our programs use Suboxone, Methadone, and Vivitrol, based on individual needs and medical assessments.

Suboxone Treatment
A frontline treatment for opioid addiction, Suboxone helps reduce cravings without producing a high. It’s safe, effective, and offered alongside therapy and case management.

Methadone Treatment
Provided through our certified Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs), Methadone is a long-acting medication used to stabilize individuals in early or chronic stages of opioid dependence.

Vivitrol Treatment
A monthly, non-addictive injection that blocks the euphoric effects of opioids and alcohol. Ideal for individuals who have already detoxed and are focused on maintaining sobriety.

Maternity MAT Program
Pregnancy should never be a barrier to treatment. Our specialized Maternity MAT Program provides safe options for both mother and baby, along with prenatal support and counseling.
Therapy & Counseling Services
Medication is only part of the solution. Healing takes place in conversation, reflection, and connection. That’s why every treatment plan includes therapy services delivered by licensed professionals.

Substance Abuse Counseling
Targeted counseling that addresses trauma, relapse triggers, emotional health, and life stressors — helping clients gain tools to stay grounded and resilient.

Individual Therapy
One-on-one therapy sessions that provide a confidential space to process experiences, develop coping skills, and work through mental health challenges that may contribute to addiction.

Group Therapy
Peer-led support groups where individuals connect through shared experiences, accountability, and progress-building. Group therapy creates a sense of belonging and motivation.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment
We treat both substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders — including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more — through integrated, evidence-based strategies.
Continuing Support & Flexible Access

Aftercare & Relapse Prevention
Long-term recovery doesn’t end with detox or stabilization. Our aftercare programs include peer support, goal setting, and relapse prevention plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Telehealth Addiction Services
Our virtual care options allow clients to access counseling, check-ins, and MAT follow-ups from home — ideal for those with work, childcare, or transportation challenges.
Why Our Services Work
- We treat the whole person, not just the addiction. That includes mental health, family dynamics, and life goals.
- We’re built for accessibility — whether you’re navigating pregnancy, rural access barriers, or a busy life.
- We don’t offer cookie-cutter care. Every plan is adapted to your history, your body, and your future.
